• The name on an mhpmart account is considered the owner of any purchased product(s).
• Name changes for ownership transfers (e.g., Motor Bike/Car) during delivery are not permitted.
• We reserve the right to ban, cancel, or freeze accounts at our discretion. Cashback balances may not be refunded if an account is blocked.
• Any payments made via bank or cash will be refunded within a reasonable time, subject to the calculation of total payments versus cashback received.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform.
• Engage in fraudulent, criminal, or illegal activities.
• Submit, upload, or share offensive, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Use the Platform for spam, political campaigning, or unauthorized commercial solicitation.
• Violate the security, integrity, or sovereignty of Bangladesh.

5. Submissions

• Any questions, reviews, comments, or suggestions ("Submissions") become our sole property.
• We reserve the right to use submitted names in connection with reviews or comments.
• Misleading or false identities in Submissions are prohibited.

6. Claims Against Objectionable Content

13. Offers and Promotions

• Offers are only valid on mhpmart.com and not on other platforms.
• A single customer can purchase only one item during special offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Cashback balances cannot be withdrawn via Bkash, bank transfer, or cash; they are only usable within mhpmart.
